The festival is a program of the National Park Service on the Red Oak with historical movies commentary by Park Ranger Craig Riordan. The boarding fee (payable to the Red Oak) is $5/person, the movies are free.  Refreshments available before the movie and at intermission at the friendly Red Oak Concession Stand:  popcorn, sodas, coffee, pie, candy bars.
